**Position Overview**:
As the Sport Services Manager, you will lead and inspire a team focused on delivering exceptional sport services that align with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve implementing the Sutherland Shire Sports Strategy while optimising our facilities to cater to a diverse range of sporting needs. You will be at the forefront of developing policies, guiding asset management, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation, and promoting a culture of collaboration and respect within your team. Your strategic mindset and ability to anticipate community needs will be pivotal in shaping the future of sport in our region.

**Your Unique Profile**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Sport Management or a related field is essential for this role.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing sport strategies and policies.
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for report writing and presentations.
- Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit, capable of building meaningful relationships.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to analyse data and develop innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Proficient in managing competing priorities and adapting to changing environments.
