Working at a research institute based in the heart of Sydneys CBD, you will provide administrative support to the Executive team that is made up of Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, Research Director and Director of Digital. Primarily you will be supporting the Executive Director.

Day to day includes:

- First point of contact for calls for the Executive Director, and back-up for Chief Operating Officer
- Invoice & spreadsheet management
- Diary management including meeting coordination & travel arrangements for the Executive Team
- Managing Executive meetings and minute taking
- Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes to support the achievement of organisation requirements
- Provide back-up support for Receptionist/Office Manager when they are away

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Officer/Executive Assistant
- Available immediately or within 1 week
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work work as part of a small team
- Excellent organisational skills
