Management Consultants

**Management Consultants (3-6 years)**

Proximity has over 100 advisors, lawyers, project managers and commercial experts, supporting Government to achieve its priorities. Proximity Consulting supports the Victorian public sector to achieve its priorities with a strong emphasis on improving policy, program and regulatory design, organisational design and business performance. We are looking for Advisors/Consultants with 3 - 6 years’ management consulting experience providing services to the Victorian or Commonwealth government on a range of projects. VPS experience is also an advantage.

**Use your Expertise & Skills**

You will work directly with Proximity’s public sector clients helping them accelerate their reform or transformation journey and will bring experience in, or an understanding of, delivering client solutions in any of the following areas:

- Evaluation, Assurance and Review
- Governance Review and Design
- Business Process Improvement
- Organisational Design
- Change Management
- Regulatory Development and Reform

It is a privilege to work alongside public sector clients responsible for designing and delivering some of the State’s most important programs and at Proximity we combine that with working alongside government program experts who are willing to guide and share their knowledge to build yours.

**You will have**:

- Preferred experience in understanding government reform and transformation programs
- Demonstrated willingness to work across a range of clients
- Willingness to grow your career as a consultant and able to be a generalist across a range of projects if required
- Exposure to consulting methodologies and implementation planning
- Desire to work in a fast paced environment to learn, engage, and build your capability
- Due to the nature of the work, you must be an Australian citizen
