**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity exists to be part of the Komatsu rental team based in our head office in Fairfield. This role is dedicated to ensuring the effective coordination of Komastu's rental machine fleet and associated operational activities within Australia, New Zealand & New Caledonia. This role offers the opportunity to work in our head office in Fairfield, which has an onsite café. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Process incoming rentals and prepare rental quotes and agreements
- Ensure all documentation, insurance and credit approvals have been received & signed before the machine release
- Manage rental equipment billing process
- Ensure that the rental fleet is registered
- Monitor rental return dates to ensure rental agreements are adhered to
- Creating and issuing POs to regional service departments and external suppliers with accuracy and promptly

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- A minimum of five years experience in administration
- Previous experience in a rental equipment business within the earthmoving / capital equipment industries or similar will be highly regarded.
- Proven abilities in Excel and Microsoft Word
- High-level organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- High level of internal and external customer service/satisfaction skills
- Ability to communicate with end users at all levels and have well-developed written and oral communication skills
