Our brand-new 150-bed home at Oxley is due to open in 2025 and we are commencing our recruitment with the key role of **Facility Manager** which is due to commence with Rockpool early February 2025.

**About the role**:
The role of the Facility Manager is to provide strategic, clinical and managerial leadership which is aligned with the organisation’s values and objectives.

The Facility Manager will share the passion and drive to create a life-re-imaged for our residents and to re-define the standard and quality of aged care available in Australia.

**About you**:

- Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- A solid background and understanding of the complexity of the residential aged care regulatory environment
- Demonstrated success in budgeting and financial management
- Act with integrity, honesty, respect, kindness and be inclusive
- Ability to play an active and positive role as a leader at Rockpool - love what you do
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse highly regarded, but not essential
- Commissioning experience would be highly regarded.
