The Role

As part of Country Road Childrenswear Design team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Textile Designers and larger design team in all stages of the design process. This is a newly created role with opportunity to learn & grow within an iconic brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Creation of finished artwork (branded product, trims and accessories)
- Research print trends and techniques in line with brand handwriting
- Adhere to company timetable/critical path
- Digital file management/maintenance
- Other ADHOC design tasks/responsibilities as directed

Who are we looking for?
- Someone with a Design qualification or relevant experience
(Textile Design degree preferable but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work within team
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and deadline driven
- Eye for trends and commercial product
- Adhere to Country Road Behaviours
- Experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand sketching ability
