Heatherbrae Shortbreads is searching for a dedicated full time Maintenance Fitter to join our food manufacturing business located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

As the Maintenance Fitter you will play a crucial part in ensuring the day to day maintenance is kept up to date. If you have a strong trouble shooting abilities, and a commitment to safety we urge you to apply

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the day to day maintenance is completed
- General factory duties including general cleaning
- deliveries when needed
- Maintenance around the office
- communicate and report any issues to management
- Carry out preventative maintenance as needed
- Overseeing the condition of all machinery
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks

**About You**
- Previous experience in Maintenance
- Forklift License necessary
- Drivers license Required
- Experience in the food Manufacturing business preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
