Encore requires functions staff to:

- Ensure guests needs and expectations are met by serving guests to a high standard
- Be dedicated to the delivery of friendly, professional service
- Ensure all guests’ requests and questions are dealt with promptly and to the guests’ satisfaction
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages being delivered
- Adhering to opening and closing procedures to ensure the venues are set up accordingly and pack down is well executed.
