**About the Role - Influencer Executive - Australia**

Influencers are an essential part of building MyProtein's brand and contributing to its success. Influencers for MyProtein can be defined as any individual or groups who can communicate a credible message to their audience. This can include individuals on social media, PTs, Teams, Clubs or even university students. Working within the broader team at MyProtein Australia, the Influencer Executive would support the Influencer Manager oversee performance of the Influencer programme in Australia. This individual would be responsible for recruiting, building relationships and managing the influencer roster, as well as coming up with initiatives which might support these goals. They will also support with reporting commercial performance and identify areas of success and areas for improvement. The Influencer Executive will need to be organised, proactive and a good communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.

**Key responsibilities are but not limited to**:

- Research, identify and onboard suitable influencers across the fitness and health category.
- Support the recruitment, management and activation of the influencer roster
- Work closely with the team to support the onboarding of influencers and ensure that the influencers are vetted in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage performance and ensure the program is running efficiently.
- Generate initiatives which support the deliverables of the channel. This includes, but is not limited to activities such as events, social media campaigns across different platforms and influencer incentive programmes.
- Support all campaigns and NPD launch activity and devise influencer campaigns specific to each launch.
- Use tools including Excel, Google Analytics and Tableau to analyse and report on influencer performance.
- Explore methods for improving influencer experiences and added value benefits, including partnership opportunities and gifting.
- Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns and amplify influencer coverage, including the use of influencer UGC in paid media channels.

**About You**
- Right to work in Australia
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing
- Passionate about social media and influencer marketing
- Passionate about health, fitness and nutrition
- Proactive with initiative to drive new ideas
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
- Strong understanding the ever-changing landscape of social media and influencer marketing
- Creative eye for what makes quality content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Can work autonomously and to deadlines, as well as collaborate with wider team
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexible, energetic and entrepreneurial approach to situations
