Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious junior to fill an exciting role as a Talent Coordinator.

About the Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the influencer industry and want to work with top-tier talent and brands. As a Talent Coordinator, you will assist experienced professionals with day-to-day coordination across talent campaigns, events, and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced professionals with day-to-day coordination across talent campaigns, events, and brand partnerships
  • Work closely with influencers to execute campaigns, scheduling deadlines, content, and reporting
  • Manage and execute gifting logistics, including compiling send-out lists, liaising with brands
  • Support influencers at events and photoshoots (be great at capturing behind-the-scenes content)
  • Help develop and grow the talent division by scouting new influencers, clients, and opportunities
  • Provide constant attention and support to the influencers and their development
  • Stay informed on the latest trends revolving around YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and other new media platforms
  • Identify inbound opportunities across multiple clients
  • Assist with client-facing duties, including business procurement, as well as fostering ongoing business relationships and negotiating service agreements
  • Work closely with our production and partnership teams to create and build talent-led opportunities
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok from a business and consumer perspective
  • Experience with direct management of clients, brands, or influencers
  • Talent management or influencer marketing experience/work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Extensive understanding of new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective
  • Incredible communication skills, both oral and written
  • Superb teamwork and team management skills
  • Extreme discretion; ability to handle confidential information
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
