Join icon fashion house Aje as Influencer & Partnerships Manager at our Aje Head Office in Redfern.

About this opportunity:

  • Lead and evolve influencer and gifting strategy across Aje, Aje Athletica, and Aje Studio.
  • Define KPIs, campaign goals, and budgets for activations and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage influencer/partnership budget with ability to scale spend based on results.
  • Build seasonal influencer and partnership roadmaps aligned to marketing milestones.
  • Implement and manage affiliate/referral program with clear commercial attribution.
  • Identify new markets, audience segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Explore and test new partnership formats to drive innovation.
  • Evaluate and optimise influencer/partnership tech stack.
  • Manage gifting program execution and influencer campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with Digital team to grow affiliate partnerships.
  • Source, vet, and onboard influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with macro, micro, and nano influencers.
  • Keep updated influencer database segmented by brand, region, and campaign.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions.
  • Oversee contracts, usage rights, and deliverables with influencers/agencies.
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand tone, creative, and storytelling.
  • Partner with creative/social teams to amplify influencer content across channels.
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools and insights.
  • Optimise strategies based on data, trends, and post-campaign learnings.
  • Collaborate with Brand, PR, eCommerce, Paid Social, Product and Merchandising teams.

You will bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry .
  • Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns across different audience segments.
  • Strong network of influencer contacts and understanding of the creator landscape.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns across brands simultaneously.
  • Experience using influencer tools/platforms (e.g., Aspire, Traackr, Grin, Upfluence) is a plus.
