Denticine is an Oral Maxillofacial Surgery practice based in Brisbane CBD, where Dentistry and Medicine come together to focus on the whole health of each patient. The practice philosophy is to deliver outstanding customer care - before, during and after each patient’s treatment, to ensure an excellent and enduring recovery for everyone. This care is what sets the practice apart.

The reception role is responsible for a range of duties including providing exceptional customer support through telephone and face-to-face interaction, appointment book management and performing reception duties to a high standard as well as interacting with referral practices, hospital and anaesthetic teams.

You will be confident in your dental knowledge and looking to expand this knowledge into general medicine.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a Cert III in Dental Assisting, along with experience as a dental receptionist
- Be well presented with a bubbly, extrovert personality and an eye for detail
- Be reliable, responsible, efficient
- Enjoy a laugh and a great rapport with your fellow team members

You time will be split between consultation days and administration days. You must be self-motivated, organised and focused.
