**About the Company**

Join a large NSW government organisation as a Contract Manager and make a positive impact on the environment. This position is based in Parramatta and will be working in a team to deliver the organisations desired outcomes.

**About the Role**
- Be responsible for developing contract management frameworks, tools, and processes across these two high value and high-profile grants programs
- Undertake active contract management with grant recipients
- Conduct analysis to identify and resolve project delivery gaps and early project risk indicators
- Support teams with their ongoing project delivery reporting requirements and data collection, and in the execution of grant funding agreement variations
- Be trained by the program teams on program details and in the use of grants management platform SmartyGrants to ensure you’re successful in this role.

**About You**
- Contract management skills demonstrating the ability to support delivery of agreed outcomes on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve contract issues in an efficient and professional manner
- Environmental or sustainability experience desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, and ensure effectiveness, accountability and transparency
