WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

**About the Team**

The Field Service Representative is responsible for providing maintenance and advisory services for logistics and armoured (tracked or wheeled) vehicles, delivering reliable, high quality and timely service support to the customer.

As Field Service Representative, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

- Working at various sites to conduct, assist and or supervise in diagnosis and repairs on RDA supported vehicles, turrets and weapons;
- Undertaking Acceptance and documentation of technical inquiries from the customer/end user;
- Documenting work order information in the RDA ERP/ISSDB;
- Checking and monitoring the repair progress of supported vehicles and associated mission modules, turrets and weapons(mission systems);
- Checking and resolving requests for warranty settlement topic being completed, accuracy and plausibility.
- Performing technical investigations associated with faults or damages of equipment;
- Preparing reports associated with technical investigations, including technical inspection reports or technical briefs; and
- Being the face of the Rheinmetall brand when engaging with customers/stakeholders.

**About the Role**

Our Field Service team in Victoria is rapidly expanding and once full established will be a team of Six. Reporting to the Team Lead and then through to the National Fleet Manager Land400, this team forms part of our greater Service and Support team who are predominantly based in Queensland.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- +3 years’ experience of the following:

- Maintaining a fleet of (light, medium and heavy) trucks/ armoured vehicles (tracked and wheeled);
- Servicing and repairing diesel engine and heavy trucks/equipment and all sub-system components, specifically from European manufacturers;
- Experience with maintaining turrets;
- Automotive diagnostic skills, specifically with European manufacturers;
- CANBUS experience;
- Conversant with the current Land Materiel Safety Manual and ADF technical regulatory requirements;
- Ability to work with mínimal guidance and supervision;
- Willingness to travel interstate and internationally for extended periods; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
