Printer Production Manager

An excellent opportunity exists for a highly motivated and dynamic hands-on leader for our thriving small business. A long-term position with potential growth with the business is available to run and manage all aspects of printing production. To be ideal for the role, experience with wide format printers and roll-to-roll label solutions would be great.

Reporting to the director, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a tight nit team to drive for continuous improvement and drive performance; ensure finished goods meet specifications and high-quality standards; high level order management for timely and cost-efficient results, able to work within the day-to-day activities of the business and have the opportunity to take our business into the future.

**About You**

Results driven with a strong manufacturing background and business experience, you will be both resilient and adaptable to change. Excellent communication and administration skills, initiative, self-motivation and the ability to think strategically, act operationally and engage your team are essential.
- Experience working in the printing and label industry, specifically wide format printers and roll-to-roll solutions preferred but not essential
- Hands on approach to work within the business rather than above
- Effective communication skills and strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Identifying operational inefficiencies to develop improvement strategies and drive performance
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Great computer literacy and strong technical aptitude
- A positive “can do” collaborative attitude
- Ability to operate autonomously with a high attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
