**About the Role**
This role is a key team member of the acquisition marketing team and plays an important role in driving success within the bank. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working across our four bank brands, you will be responsible for the performance and acquisition campaign delivery, offer development and targets of each of the banks brands.
Responsibilities include delivery of acquisition marketing campaigns across digital and ATL channels, improving the onsite experience of each brand and ensuring campaigns, regulatory changes and rate changes are executed seamlessly.
Internally you will be supported by other high performing teams, within a culture that promotes collaboration and outside the box thinking.
Detailed responsibilities include:
**Campaign delivery**
- Working with the Marketing Managers to develop PIT (project initiation templates) for internal budget and strategic approval.
- Mapping out measurement plan on how we will track the performance of approved campaigns, working with media agency to provide weekly updates and optimization plans.
- Briefing agencies on campaign activity and managing the creative approval process.
- Executing regulatory communications and content across brands and channels including but not limited to rate changes, T&Cs and Fees and Charges changes to staff and members.
- Forecast, monitor and report on digital acquisition performance.
- Work closely with business insights on digital and marketing.
- Understand the competitor landscape to formulate initiatives which will increase new member acquisition.
**Stakeholder management**
- Establish a shared purpose and common goals and builds relationships with peers and engages stakeholders in campaigns as appropriate.
- Establish strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders e.g. product, sales, marketing, regs, design and more.
- Key stakeholder / contact point for Sales and Product Managers on acquisition marketing activity for all products
- Contributes and builds agency relationships in delivery of performance marketing programs.
- Contributes to a culture that continuously strives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the digital channel.

**Financial management**
- Manages acquisition campaign budgets and effectiveness of marketing spend so the activity is within the budget/resources allocated and approved.
- Prepare forecasts as required.
- Processes campaign related invoices.
- Responsibility for reconciliation, reporting and monitoring campaign budget.
- Demonstrates ability to monitor performance against budget.
- Identified variances and takes (or advises on) corrective action.
- Understands how to prepare submissions and justifications for expenditure.
**About You**
Your proven experience in driving acquisition through omni-channel marketing, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, preferably in Financial Services, will enable you to hit the ground running.
You will be an experienced performance / acquisition junior marketing manager, who has proven capability in managing large campaigns, multiple brands and delivering results.
You will be highly capable of driving direct member & product acquisition via digital channels and optimising the funnel to maximise leads and approvals.
You will be commercially and analytically minded as well as being passionate about digital performance. You will be proactive, ambitious with a can-do attitude and consider your communication and relationship building skills to be key strengths. You will be able to work autonomously as well as effectively within a small team environment.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in the delivery of acquisition marketing campaigns
- Experience working with media and creative agency partners
- Experience reporting on campaign activity and an ability to develop and deliver optimisations throughout the duration of the campaign
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on TMBL’s success
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
