**What You’ll Do**

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning materials (eLearning, videos, guides, workshops) tailored to pharmacy operations and clinical practice.
- Partner with pharmacists, technicians, and operational leaders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Leverage instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create content that is accessible, relevant, and measurable.
- Support the rollout of learning programs across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and alignment with Slade’s standards.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance data.

To thrive in this role, you’re someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking; being able to craft learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences across pharmacy settings. You’ll bring a collaborative mindset, a strong grasp of adult learning principles, and the ability to translate technical content into clear, engaging formats.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design, learning development, or education - ideally within healthcare or pharmacy.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for improving healthcare outcomes through education and capability building.

- Background in the Pharmacy or Healthcare industry
