**About the Role**
John Holland is seeking a Plant Administrator to join our Team based in Seven Hills. As Plant Admin you will provide administrative support to the plant department, which typically includes tasks such as monthly customer billing, CAPEX administration and monthly profit and loss preparation. Including the maintenance of financial records; compiling of reports; the processing and completion of forms, stakeholder communications; organisation of team travel; and support as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administration support to employees at the Plant Services Rail East at Rutherford, Seven Hills, Kooragang and Crestmead.
- Prepare monthly plant hire and project support charges and issue invoices
- Co-ordinate and prepare miscellaneous income invoices as required
- Reconcile revenue monthly and prepare end of month profit and loss reports
- Manage outstanding debtors
- Review capital work in process, prepare asset movement forms and send to head office for processing
- Provide customer service to internal and external.
- Regularly review head office clearing account and reconcile to nil.
- Work Closely with the Plant Finance & Systems Manager with EOM reporting and other revenue related tasks
- Assist other team members with JH systems and programs.
- Prepare, format, review financial reports as required e.g. Purchase order register, labour report, Work Order Review and RBNI

**Role Requirements**:

- Previous experience working on end of month finance
- Basic computer literacy skills
- 2-4 years’ experience in an office environment
- Administration and document management practices and use of databases
