John Holland is seeking a tech savvy and highly driven Telematics System Administrator to join the team based in either Seven Hills or Kooragang, NSW. Some travel may be required between the two sites.

As the **Telematics System Administrator** you will oversee and administer the John Holland telematics system providing system support to the end users of the system, day to day maintenance and management of data within the system, provide reports and data to operations and management, analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.

**Responsibilities of the role include**:

- Main point of contact for Telematics related enquiries.
- Coordinating telematics installation in John Holland vehicles and other equipment.
- Setting up and managing GeoFences for new projects.
- Input telematics requirements onto relevant projects.
- Data management for telematics, including entry for new vehicles and updating for existing vehicles.
- Provide set system generated reports, as pre-determined, to enable stakeholders to monitor fleet performance and driver behaviour in order to maximise asset utilisation and efficiency and to facilitate the investigation of incidents.
- Managing telematics reporting including updating contact lists, and developing ad-hoc reports requested by the business and projects.
- Communicating policy / safety / road law breaches identified from telematics outputs with operations and projects.
- Provide analytical support to stakeholders: analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, provide support to management teams and other users in the use of the data, work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that data provided is sufficient, relevant and timely to meet their needs, provide data and analysis to assist in the investigation of incidents and claims.
- Identify system issues and resolve it in collaboration with Telematic system provider.
- Proactively identify and present any additional values that Telematic system can provide to the business.
- Support the wider National Plant Services team with ad hoc services.

**To be successful is this key role, you must have**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in an administration support role.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills.
- Advanced level of excel skills to manage data inputs and generate analytics and graphs.
- Experience in fleet/asset management administration is highly desirable.
- Analytical skills, to interpret reports and pass onto relevant impacted parties.
- Attention to detail, to manage data inputs, and maintain consistency across the enterprise of information.
- Experience managing and engaging with stakeholders to generate outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
