At Just Better Care, we provide in-home aged care and disability support services across Australia, helping people live independently in their own homes. We are currently seeking **Support Workers with a focus on domestic assistance** to join our team in **Brisbane North**.

We are actively recruiting in the following locations:
Ashgrove, Mitchelton, Arana Hills, Chermside, Strathpine, Albany Creek, North Lakes, Redcliffe, Deception Bay, Burpengary, and Caboolture.

**About the Role**:
As a Domestic Assistance Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting customers with everyday household tasks that help them maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.

This role involves visiting customers in their homes and delivering high-quality, person-centred domestic assistance to promote independence and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing light household cleaning (e.g. vacuuming, dusting, mopping)
- Laundry tasks, including washing, folding and ironing
- Changing bed linen
- Assisting with meal preparation and basic food handling
- Supporting customers with grocery shopping and errands (as required)
- Reporting any concerns regarding the customer’s environment or wellbeing
- Building trusting relationships and promoting independence

**What You’ll Need**:

- Previous experience in domestic assistance or home care (highly regarded)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate (if required)
- Smartphone with internet access

Pay: $24.95 - $50.34 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week
