**The Opportunity**

This is an incredible opportunity for you to take the next step in your career as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Plans and coordinates the injury recovery and rehabilitation needs of multiple clients based on knowledge of relevant legislation and schemes
- Communicates in a timely and effective manner both verbally and written with multiple key stakeholders
- Facilitates Teamwork by collaborating with, mentoring, and supporting colleagues
- Achieves Outcomes personally and within the organisation
- Participates in scheduled file reviews and claims reviews and talent maps
- Achieves KPIs (see KPI section)
- Maintains professional CPD requirements and accreditation (i.e. AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
- Adheres to workplace policies and procedures
- Identifies client specific needs and barriers to recovery and return to work
- Develops SMART goals for client recovery and return to work rehabilitation
- Proactively implements tailored strategies for multiple clients
- Maintains professional relationships and rapport with clients and key stakeholders
- Negotiates positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders
- Contributes to the development and improvement of assessments and services
- Performs specialised assessments in line with skills and qualifications (i.e. ADLs, FCEs, Vocs, Psychometric Testing, Treatment)

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Provisional or Full Registration with the relevant accreditation authority (i.e. AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
- Drivers Licence (access to a pool car is available)
- 2-year experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management, or case management
- Comcare Accreditation
- Drug and Alcohol Testing Accreditation
- Accreditation in Administration Psychometric Assessments (i.e. Hogan, SHL)
