This is a Federal Government Agency that is based in Canberra’s Inner North to meet the Nation’s commitment to care for our service community. Looking for an Assistant Director to join their small and close-knit team.

**Your new role**
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Provide high-level communication, change management, media and issues management advice
- Assist the Director in team management, team reporting and team planning

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead a small team
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver high quality communication strategies
