Begin your journey wish us as an **EXECUTIVE CLUB LOUNGE MANAGER** at Westin Brisbane. The Westin Club Manager will act as a personal liaison to all guests with access to the Westin Club which includes but is not limited to our Marriott Bonvoy, VIP’s, high rate and regular guests. Effective leadership is expected for the team and the Westin Club Lounge guests whose expectations of a positive, seamless and genuine experience are high. Problem solving skills, multi-tasking and the ability to think outside the box while being a self-starter is a must for this position as it often works under little supervision and with little direction. The Westin Club Manager should be committed and have a genuine passion for our guests’ experience. You will assist management in recruitment, rostering and associate empowerment.

**Who you are and what you need**:

- You will anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
- You will maintain customer loyalty through the innovative resolution of issues, with strong attention to ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Have at least 2 years experience preferably within a high volume environment
- Outstanding relationship building skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Learn, think and grow and continue to evolve in your role
