**Independent Disability Support Worker**

**Organization**: Chekam Solutioms
**Job type**:Independent Contractor
**Location/s**: Campbelltown // Gregory Hills // South West Sydney Region

**ABOUT US**

Chekam Solutions connects people with independence in their industry. We believe that both parties in any working relationship need to have their intrinsic needs met in order to see holistic outcomes. Through our business, independent support workers can contract themselves out to a wide range of clients, including companies and individuals needing services. One of our specialisations include the NDIS sector. We are unique because we offer workers the independence they need to deliver outcomes the way they know how, while providing user-friendly guidance to individuals looking for an easy way to connect with you as a worker.

We offer a collaborative and supportive culture, centred around 'community' and 'championing best practice', where we promote initiatives, professional development and support, networking, and business support to scale your own Provider business. Being a support worker does not have to drain the life out of you. Work on your terms, by connecting with clients that are suitable for what you can offer.

We are seeking caring, respectful and professional individuals to become a part of our community group. The new member of our team will be responsive, honest, outgoing, fun and creative. By joining our team you will be able to support our participants within many more settings than if you were on your own, such as Supported Independent Living, Short/Medium Term Accommodation and Group Programs.

We are also not interested in working with unethical clients or businesses, so poaching/solicitation is highly frowned upon and goes against our value of loyalty. Anyone who breaches our Terms Of Use will be removed from our community and will not have access to the benefits we offer.
