Boeing Aerostructures Australia (BAA) is Australia’s leading designer and manufacturer of composite flight control components for commercial aircraft. We are currently seeking a Project Planner / Scheduler to join the team in support of the Airpower Teaming System (ATS) program based in Port Melbourne.

**About the role**
- Develop and maintain both Production and Project schedules that integrate efforts across the program and production system into one cohesive plan
- Collaborate across all functions within the BAA ATS program and works in coordination with Boeing Defense Australia program to ensure alignment of schedules and efforts
- Support the development and updates to the Program Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, Production Schedule and supporting elements, and drives program planning through the Enterprise Gated Process in support of Program requirements and objectives
- Tracks, plans, schedules and performs risk analysis for projects, programs and change activities throughout the lifecycle of a program
- Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints and plans involving product development, production rates, process improvement, or program initiatives
- Reporting: Identifies, analyzes and reports schedule performance variances. Develops and posts planning, scheduling and change related metrics/reports
- Performs schedule-related risk and opportunity analyses and provides potential solutions to management. Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates in relevant documentation where appropriate

**About you**
- Relevant experience in a similar position with Integrated Scheduling experience
- Manufacturing and/or Aerospace experience desired
- Open Plan Professional (OPP) experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience in the ability to work with individuals from all functions across the business
- Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area
- Understanding of how to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal network; understands the cultures of organizations
