**About the Role**

This is not just another job—it’s an opportunity to be part of a team at the forefront of **precision planting and seeding solutions**. You will play a key role in **sales, agronomic support, and machinery servicing**, helping growers maximize yields with **leading-edge technology**.

**Work directly with farmers** to understand their needs and provide tailored agronomic and machinery solutions
**Deliver, assemble, and calibrate** state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring optimal performance
**Conduct on-farm demonstrations** and product training sessions
**Diagnose and troubleshoot** mechanical and technical issues in the field

**What We’re Looking For**

**Agronomic knowledge** - you understand soil, crop establishment, and plant health
**Mechanical aptitude** - you can work with machinery, calibrate equipment, and diagnose issues
**Sales & customer service skills** - you can engage with farmers and offer solutions
