You would enjoy working with an experienced Finance lead who is happy to show you the ropes & mentor you on the specifics of the industry.

**The Role**

This Bookkeeper role is the supporting role in the team, with plenty of interaction with clients & talent.

Responsibilities will include:

- Talent ledger maintenance including generating payments for staff, processing expense deductions, dealing with queries, reconciling ledgers, and collating annual payment summaries for talent
- General creditor ledger maintenance including the processing of supplier invoices including expenses for staff such as composite cards, dealing with creditor queries
- Debtor data processing and ledger maintenance including invoicing, dealing with client queries, receipting, and creating credit notes for clients, tax withheld at the source, reconciling ledgers, and debt collection

**Your Background**

Our client is looking for someone who is bright, bubbly, and enjoys people interaction as part of their role.

You must have had a few years in a broad supporting finance role with tasks including Accounts Payable & Receivable.

There is no need for any professional qualifications for this role - hands-on experience & the right personality is more than enough

Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must.

Please note this role is in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
