**More about what you'll do**

As the Furniture Product Specialist - Commercial Furniture, you will support the Furniture Category with your expertise and knowledge of Commercial Furniture. This position also includes sourcing and estimation services, ensuring quotes and estimations are prepared to meet customers' furniture requirements

You will work closely with our Furniture sales team and our suppliers to select furniture products and provide accurate and compelling quotes to our customers.

Key responsibilities include the following:

- Liaise with the furniture sales team to create a furniture solution to meet the customer requirements and budget
- Review customer documents and plans to accurately reflect product quantities and specifications
- Liaise with suppliers sourcing products and quotations for projects and special furniture requirements
- Prepare estimates, quotes and proposals for customers
- Provide tender support for large Commercial & Government Furniture opportunities
- Manage multiple projects at any one time
- Provide Product Marketing support within the overall Furniture category

You will ideally have the following attributes:

- You will be customer and solutions focused
- Exhibit exceptional time management skills and the ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
- High degree of accuracy and numerical understanding
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and verbal and written communication skills (with both internal and external stakeholders)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience for Commercial Furniture or Fit Outs is preferred but not essential
- Passion for Furniture or Design is highly desirable
