**Join Our Team As a Commerce Solution Lead**
- Scope the key requirements definition and analyse options to support Commerce business model solution and capabilities.
- Document the functional and non-functional solution requirements in accordance with program standards and conventions
- Document and prototype the new / target state solution
- Support the alignment of the overall solution design with identified requirements
- Identify technical dependencies and assist in resolving functional gaps

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**
- Understand and worked in subscription / eCommerce or equivalent businesses
- Developer experience is highly regarded
- Recent experience in undertaking complex ICT projects and providing technical analysis services that align with organisational commercial objectives
- Ability to support program / project level planning and prioritisation of activities based on both risk management and schedule imperatives
- Ability to identify impacts and dependencies to support business initiatives
- Experience in a fast-paced environment within a large program or project environment, preferably in eCommerce / subscription business
- Experience in supporting the development of complex test cases, solution implementation and deployment planning
