Hays are partnering with a large organisation across banking, insurance and superannuation that works with leading organisations across Australia.

**Your new role**
In this role you will be be involved in a large amount of engagement with internal stakeholders and the tech team to shape the data collection for a significant project.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role you will need extensive experience working within the financial services specifically on superannuation and data transformation projects. You will have proven problem solving abilities, research and analysis skills, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of business. Excellent business writing, project and priority management skills are essential, and a history of working on high performing projects will be highly regarded
