**About the role**

The Consultant, Business Delivery, reporting to the Manager, Business Delivery, will support and drive execution of activities required to implement strategic change initiatives & BAU change initiatives safely.

The role will play a key role in ensuring change is effectively and proactively managed, with impacted business areas experiencing a smooth transition, with mínimal operational risk and disruption.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- In conjunction with the business, identify business impacts and support development of business delivery outcomes (solution, requirements, change related outputs - including communications, etc) for assigned initiatives.
- Proactively identify, escalate (where appropriate) & manage risks/issues with the potential to impact on the delivery of changes
- Recommend appropriate business delivery strategy, including solution design for assigned initiatives.
- Through analysis and insight, identify the impacts, opportunities and delivery requirements that will change safely and with mínimal disruption.
- Identify & engage stakeholders impacted by the program/project/initiative & monitor stakeholder commitment & activity

**About You**:

- Exposure to change/delivery management gained on medium to large scale business improvements &/ technology programs
- Project experience gained within Financial Services or other industry sectors
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the implementation of change in an agile way
- Experience in development & delivery of change, including communications and learning strategies
- Proven experience delivering high quality innovation and productivity improvements in a complex regulatory environment
