**The Role**

Key Responsibilities:

- Creation and maintenance of QA frameworks and documentation
- Review of OEM documentation
- Data analysis
- Tracking of QA outcomes
- Documentation and presentation of QA process outcomes
- Driving and enforcing QA measures within the business
- Responsible for compliance with the Health, Safety and Quality Assurance programmes in line with Company Policies, Procedures and ISO accreditation
- Evaluating hazards, controlling risks, and undertaking regular inspections of systems and equipment
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About You**
- Experience with NEXTracker (mandatory)
- Experience with Procore (highly desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills, conflict resolution abilities and confidence dealing with a wide range of people, from tradespeople to customers/stakeholders, suppliers and supervisors
- Understands priorities and ensures work is completed on time to a safe and satisfactory level
- Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirements
