The Mould Doctor provides Mould Remediation services to a wide range of Property Managers and homeowners in Victoria and New South Wales.

Located in our new McKinnon office, we are looking for a Data Entry Operator to assist with accurately entering data into our systems and assist maintaining our client database.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and be a team player.
- Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook and Google Calendar.

**Duties include**:

- Data entry of work orders, web enquires and inbound calls.
- Provide product information to customers, discuss aspects of our treatment procedures.
- Return calls to clarify information from inbound enquiries.
- Work with management to develop procedures.
- Assist with general admin tasks.
- Maintenance of client databases.
- Follow company systems and procedures.
- Other duties as required by the business.
- On the job training provided
