**The Team**

Our Enterprise Architecture (EA) Teams focus on Domain Blueprints, Service Domains and business and technology strategy as we define and drive the architectural outcomes required to meet our business outcomes today and in the future.

We want to build a brighter future for all, and we are delivering on this by working hand-in-hand with our business and technology colleagues to deliver enterprise solutions for the future.

**The role**

This is a key leadership role within Enterprise Architecture at CommBank. Your visionary and strategic transformation leadership will see you influence the future technology direction of the Bank as a whole.

The programs you deliver will ensure that the technology systems we change, build, and/or retire are executed in a coherent, sequenced and disciplined way so that we simplify our complex landscape, ensuring our systems are architected and engineered to support a digital bank from both an operations and tech perspective

**We’re interested in hearing from Executive-level Enterprise Architects who have**:

- Extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale architectural change and transformation programs within complex organisations.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, influence, and navigate complex organisational dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to manage at the most senior levels of an organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of dedicated Architects within a fast-paced Agile environment.
