**Description**:
What we are looking for

As our Voice Support Consultant, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes.

Working collaboratively with a team of consultants who place great value on customer experience.
Maintaining an intimate technical knowledge of relevant service offerings, processes, and practices.
Support incident management for voice products with high efficiency and accuracy.
Effectively dispatching incoming customer requests and incidents.
Retaining strong relationships with our network partners and third-party suppliers.
Maintaining personal accountability around assigned tasks and case SLAs.
Representing a knowledgeable, effective, and professional image with all customer accounts.
Establishing effective partnerships with operational peers and key stakeholders to achieve united and efficient service outcomes.

**Skills and Experiences**:
The things that are really (really) important

An understanding of the telco industry, with sound working knowledge of Tollfree Voice provisioning.
Demonstrated minimum of 3 years’ experience performing a technical helpdesk or customer service role in the telecommunications (preferably Tollfree Voice) or ISP industries.

**Demonstrated ability to**:
Solve problems and think like a leader
Work independently and as part of a team
Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
build effective relationships with external vendors/suppliers.

All entitlements will be in accordance with the Fair Work Australia National Employment Standards (NES). The starting salary package for this position is AUD$60,000 including super dependent upon skill set and experience.
