**Expression of Interest: Support Workers for Complex Mental Health Client moving from Northcote to Frankston**

Are you a compassionate and dedicated support worker experienced in complex mental health? We have an exciting opportunity to support a male client with challenging behaviors who is moving to Frankston from Northcote.

**About the Role**:

- **Location**: Northcote (initially) with **paid travel time** until the client moves to Frankston.
- **Client Relocation**: Role will start in Northcote and relocate to Frankston once the client moves.
- **Client Needs**: Complex mental health support, behaviors of concern.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored support to meet the client’s daily living needs.
- Support the client through their transition and relocation.
- Assist with personal care, medication management, and behavioral interventions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in mental health
- Ability to manage complex behaviors and impulsive decisions
- Understanding of the client's specific needs and ability to provide consistent, proactive care

**Essential Certificates and Licenses**:

- Working with Children Check - Employee (Must have a current check or be applying)
- NDIS Screening Check - Employee (Must have a current check or be applying)
- Drivers Licence and Vehicle with comprehensive insurance needed for this role
- First Aid and CPR Certificate - (Must be current or booked)
- NDIS Quality, Safety and you module certificate (or able to complete)
