**Warehouse Co-Ordinator**

**Knoxfield Location - Workwear/Safety Products**

Totally Workwear (TWW) stores Knoxfield is currently looking for a part-time warehouse co-ordinator. We have an opportunity in our team for an experienced and capable person to take the role and make it their own.

Looking to grow our team with industry-experienced individuals who have the ability to manage competing tasks and priorities, work to improve the efficiency of stock movement, and have the ability to troubleshoot roadblocks.

This is a fast-paced environment seeking a key team member to step up and make a difference.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Competently complete goods receipting
- Manage dispatching process
- Co-ordinate regular inventory audits
- Booking courier and freight requirements
- Manage workplace safety, cleanliness and general housekeeping.
- Co-ordinating third-party providers to meet distribution timelines of sales orders.
- Liaising with head-office about deliveries, troubleshooting issues, and warehouse stock needs

**A little about you**:

- Warehouse experience essential
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Understanding of stock replenishment
- Proficient computer literacy (MYOB advanced advantageous, MS Office essential)
- Solution driven to resolve roadblocks
- Capability to manage competing tasks
- Identifies gaps and takes initiative to resolve
- Ability to work autonomously
