An exciting opportunity exists to be part of the Golf Course Solutions team.

We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and punctual, hands-on Qualified Greenkeeper located at Moore Park Golf Course. This is a full-time senior position (additional rostered weekend work is required) whilst leading the on-course maintenance team.

Located minutes from Sydney CBD in the heart of one of Australia’s most loved parklands, Moore Park Golf is a golfing entertainment destination that boasts convenience, accessibility and spectacular views of the city skyline at the best public golf course in Sydney.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Cert III in Turf Management (Diploma in Horticulture - Turf would be advantageous).
- Relevant licenses, including Class C driver’s licence.
- Experience and knowledge in preparing quality golf course playing surfaces.
- Staff Management - Effective supervision of a team.
- Motivation of staff and leading by example.
- Competency in the use and maintenance of specialised golf course equipment.
- Experience and knowledge in golf course renovation programs and practices.
- Experience in managing work health and safety practices.
- Current first aid certificate or willing to obtain.
- Exceptional eye for detail across all facets of golf course management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Golf Course Solutions Golf Operations Manager in conjunction with working closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Golf Course Superintendent.
- Ability to work within a team and lead a team in a prompt and professional manner.
- Staff rostering - coordinate and manage all staff RDOs & Annual Leave.
- Training of staff on all facets of golf course maintenance practices.
- Competency in operating a range of golf course maintenance equipment.
- Promote continuous improvement with open communication to management.
- Be able to follow instructions and work autonomously as required.
- Adhere to WHS&E policies and procedures.
- Enter data and document works undertaken.
- Support management and fellow employees.
