**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Video Production Management**:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Oversee the selection and management of production crews, equipment, and locations.
- **Creative Direction**:

- Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to conceptualize video content and ensure alignment with branding and marketing goals.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to develop original concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Ensure all video projects maintain a consistent visual and narrative style.
- **Shooting**:

- Operate cameras and equipment during shoots when necessary.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Guide and mentor production team members, including videographers, editors, and freelancers.
- Foster collaboration and communication within the team to meet project objectives.
- **Client Collaboration**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during video projects.
- Provide updates, gather feedback, and make revisions based on client input.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Content Distribution**:

- Work with marketing and social media teams to optimize video content for distribution across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Ensure videos are formatted and delivered to meet specific platform requirements.
- **Trend Analysis and Innovation**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, video production technologies, and storytelling techniques.
- Experiment with new tools, styles, and methods to keep video content fresh and engaging.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights to improve future projects.
- Use feedback and data to refine content strategies and increase audience engagement.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mass Media related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role with a focus on Video Production
- Minimum 10 years in a similar role
- Minimum 8 years Leadership experience at a senior level
- Ability to communicate expatriate Sri Lankan clients and experience in Sri Lankan cultural productions will be an advantage.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
