About the Role
The Capability Specialist & Facilitator helps design and deliver capability uplift training and engagement plans, identification of audience groups and streamlining of training materials to support the delivery of the people stream of the Non-Financial Risk Capability uplift across Institutional. This may include activities such as planning/facilitating and/or supporting capability interventions, establishing/improving and/or executing capability frameworks/processes, governance and tracking/analytics; designing and/or executing capability & learning programs supporting Non-Financial risk (NFR) capability and cultural transformation.
The role will work closely with Senior Stakeholders across Institutional, project teams, risk teams as well as Talent & Culture to ensure alignment of messaging, project milestones and deliverables. This role is critical to uplift capability across Non-Financial Risk across Institutional. Contribute to the delivery of the capability strategy & plan

What will your day look like?
**As the Capability Specialist & Facilitator, you will**:
Design frameworks & interventions to ensure pipeline of skills & capability uplift in NFR across all locations globally
Deliver to plan through curation, design, development & delivery of interventions at scale with a focus on accelerating NFR Capability and cultural transformation.
Develop and contribute to employee experience & learning journey
Design and delivery of training programs to support the roll out of I AM Amplified within Institutional. This includes working with risk and BG&C teams and other internal stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and team-building activities ensuring that all participants are engaged, that discussions are productive, and that outcomes align with organizational goals
Create and implement facilitation strategies tailored to specific group needs and objectives.
Monitor and influence group interactions to foster a positive and productive environment.
Design and delivery of employee learning journey for Non-Financial Risk
Development of Employee journey maps for future capability framework
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Good collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with ability to achieve results through others including influencing stakeholders on topics of change, communication & capability.
Strong problem solving skills encompassing problem definition & analysis, user/stakeholder consultation; desktop research, option and solution development, implementation & evaluation.
Strong operational, project and process management to establish/manage simple, user-centric robust processes, governance & monitoring mechanisms, data evaluation approaches etc; Human Centred Design / continuous improvement practices experience is desirable
Demonstrated experience in one or more people development domains eg: course content curation and design (digital focus), change & workforce management, learning & capability development solutions
Good data skills - the ability to structure, analyse and manipulate data sets (proficient in Excel) - advanced is desirable
Strong communication skills including written, visual and spoken.
