The purpose of this role is to foster end-user adoption of collaboration and productivity technology with the goal of improving workforce digital effectiveness

Strong focus on ensuring clear strategy, governance, awareness and engagement mechanisms are in place for relevant technologies, including but not limited to the Microsoft 365 suite

**Responsibilities**
- This role will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders and users to understand needs and pain points, setting and executing the strategy for these technologies, establishing and managing governance, and ultimately driving digital capability uplift
- Design and deliver the forward strategy for collaboration and productivity tools and ensure socialisation with key stakeholders.
- Oversee the design and ongoing management of campaigns and communication materials used for driving adoption of selected Microsoft 365 and other related digital working products and services.
- Develop and evolve product roadmap based on stakeholder, technical engineering team and business feedback, linked to business outcomes.
- Work with technical engineering teams to ensure healthy management of Microsoft 365 and other relevant services
- Develop, maintain and ensure ongoing review of relevant governance frameworks, standards and policies.
- Measure and report on usage, usability and accessibility compliance. Deliver findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyse problems, action and progress issues as appropriate, ensuring follow through to resolution.
- Design and implement a training and capability uplift program for Microsoft 365
- Liaise with stakeholders and maintain business engagement to educate on the product's growth, strategic value and investment case.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and operating model.

**Skills**
- Extensive knowledge on the latest in workplace technology, including collaboration and productivity tools.
- Proven ability and demonstrated success driving business culture and technology change in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery and high availability architectures.
- Proven experience developing and implementing strategic technology plans and roadmaps.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with business process and performance modelling and benchmarking.
- Strong knowledge on best practices for iterative service release and communications.
- Superior communication and presentation skills that are clear and effective, with the ability to persuade, influence and negotiate.
- Agile service management experience in running feature teams with Kanban, SCRUM or other Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of Industry Standards and Best Practices (PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC27001-2, ISO/IEC 27031).
