We are searching for a dedicated and personable **Sales Manager** to join this global business who is a major player in the **Automotive **industry.

Reporting to the MD, the **Sales Manager** will be responsible for growing and developing the **Automotive Aftermarket** across Australia and New Zealand establishing strong relationships with authorised distributors, automotive workshops, and retailers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the sales activities for your portfolio of customers, fostering strong relationships and establishing yourself as an industry solution partner.
- Identify sales opportunities and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
- Build relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement levels are high.
- Define, analyse, and evaluate customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment.
- Analyse buying trends, data, and other analytics.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a similar position, ideally a Sales Automotive Aftermarket position.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with distribution channels.
- A self-starter with demonstrated ability to build long-term strategic partnerships/relationships with new and existing customers.
- Proven track record of driving growth and development in a target-driven environment.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influential abilities to inspire growth and drive business success.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the team and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Valid driver's licence and a willingness to travel interstate and to NZ as required.

This is a vital role with a great deal of autonomy and responsibility, you will need to be relationship and analytically-oriented with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for the business and customers alike.
