As they scale their marketing team, this newly created Digital Marketing Manager role is one not to miss

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in partnership with the broader team to conduct market segmentation, identify target audiences and develop compelling and relevant digital campaigns through the appropriate channels.
- Develop, execute and measure the effectiveness of integrated digital marketing and communications to drive brand awareness and product uptake.
- Create and refine user journeys.
- Assist in the digital marketing launch of new products.
- Design drive & execute automated lead generation and nurturing campaigns to achieve the business objectives.
- Develop digital content, implement and oversee SEO, SEM and online marketing campaigns.
- Segment audiences and carry out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximise results.
- Development of communication and social media assets for website and social media channels.
- Create content updates on website including blogs and creative assets.
- Create website pages, banners, campaign landing pages in the CMS.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of all digital initiatives; taking a customer centric approach to identify new opportunities to increase engagement and results.
- Project manage external agencies where appropriate.
- Provide best in class communication and project management support for conferences and special events

**Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation
- Great content writing skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Able to consult and recommend suitable promotional campaigns for dealers and resellers
- Experience in financial services would be ideal
