- Have solid hands-on experience running the squad scrum ceremonies with testing delivery ownership
- Pride themselves on implementing automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, security, and compatibility across various platforms and browsers.
- Are confident contributors to the enhancement of existing test automation frameworks, tools, and processes to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency
- Are constantly reviewing teams test coverage, test environment and data requirements to complete test execution
- Are knowledgeable mentoring and guiding junior test engineers on best practices for test automation and software testing methodologies
- Are constantly investigating and troubleshooting issues reported by automated tests, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for resolution

**Tech skills**

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
- Test Automation, testing frameworks and optimising test processes in a software environment is essential
- Web services, REST/SOAP/XML and API/Service based testing using tools such as RestAssured, Pact or Blazemeter.
- Selenium, Specflow, JMeter, TestNG, Junit, Cucumber
- JIRA, Zephyr, confluence
- GitHub, Stash, Github Actions
- TeamCity, Jenkins, Octopus
- Java, Javascript, Kafka
- Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog
- Docker
- AWS certified will be desirable
