Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of **KC30-A **Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

**Your Role**

As the GSE Team Lead you will supervise and provide guidance to GSE Technicians, GSE Coordinators and Tool store personnel. You will maintain a strong awareness of customer requirements and establish a strong working relationship with the end users and management staff within 33SQN and BMMC. You will Manage the repair and calibration of all KC-30A equipment. Optimising financial performance of the GSE function via a robust cost reduction plan. Assist the CoA with on-site supplier assessments, conformance audits and delegated tasks during commissioning of equipment.
