This company is on the hunt for an experienced Merchandise Planner for their menswear category - high volume business

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
In conjunction with the Buyer, you will be responsible for your own department
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- participate in the development of the seasonal merchandise strategy
- OTB & WSSI management
- management of inventory
- analysis of the portfolio including monitoring for continuous improvement
- drive financial targets such as gross profit, stock turn and sell through

- be down to earth and able to put yourself in the customers shoes
- be resourceful and adaptable

To be successful in the role you will have:

- at least 3 years of prior planning experience preferably within apparel
- exceptional communication skills
- strong time management skills
- a strong analytical mindset with strong MS Excel skills
