RESPONSIBILITIES +

As the Senior Merchandise Planner, you'll turn data into strategy, optimising product performance, inventory, and margin. You'll:

  • Develop, manage, and execute merchandise plans aligned to sales and financial targets.
  • Analyse historical and real-time sales to forecast demand and guide trading decisions.
  • Drive OTB planning, WSSI management, and promotional/markdown strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the planning team.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Buying, and eCommerce.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 5+ years in merchandise planning, ideally in fashion and eCommerce.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, managing high SKU volumes.
  • Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented, participative, not necessarily extroverted.
