**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a bright, bubbly, outgoing Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. You’ll help ensure guests have memorable experiences: great service, great drinks, great energy. If you love hospitality, fast-paced environments, connecting with people, and being part of something stylish and dynamic, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service at the bar and in the bistro
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and coffee (barista skills a plus)
- Take meal orders and liaise with the kitchen for smooth service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene
- Assist with bookings, reservations, and end-of-shift close-downs

**About You**:

- Previous hospitality experience in bar or food & beverage service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a people-focused attitude
- Organised, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with POS systems and bookings (preferred but not essential)
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
