**The Role**

You’ll lead direct and day-to-day reports, foster, develop, and maintain relationships across the business and actively promote excellent and continuous improvement. You’ll also provide supervision, support and coaching to end users company wide.

**About you**

You’re well versed in the world of Sage X3 software and are confident in your abilities to go from supporting end users, to performing customizations, to diving into project work. You’re a lateral thinker - coming up with solutions to minimize system disruptions and making sure end users can utilize the software to its full capability.

You’re a natural relationship builder and a leader with a keen eye for detail as well as being a champion organizer. You love to collaborate with others and provide assistance where-ever necessary to achieve business goals, and you thrive in an environment where you can be a role model - leading the performance of team members.
