Job Title: Junior Cafe Manager

Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests, resolving any complaints or issues that arise in a timely and professional manner
- Train and manage cafe staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, following all hygiene and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain quality control, ensuring food and beverages meet company standards
- Assist with menu development and pricing strategies
- Manage sales and revenue targets, tracking financial performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations
- Food Safety Certificate
- Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
